Following a presentation at our hospital, we were quite impressed with the WatchRx technology as a potential approach to improve medication compliance. It is well known that medication compliance, particularly in the elderly population is a problem. These patients generally take several different medications and the order of administration and timing can be critical. In a busy hospital, the administration of multiple medications can be a daunting task. Strategies to address this problem are needed.
